Kickboxing
Get a workout with boxing techniques consisting of kicks, quick jabs, powerful punches and cardio endurance.
Butts n’ Guts
This course focuses on strengthening and toning your abs, low back, and glutes. The class involves a good variety between work on the floor, stability ball and machines. The class increases in intensity as it progresses, but is designed for people of all fitness levels.
Yoga
Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing.
Moms In Motion
A combination of low-impact aerobics and strengthening exercises, specifically designed for the mom-to-be.
Zumba
Dance your way to a cardio workout! Zumba is 70 percent Latin-inspired dancing for cardio and 30 percent toning, dance steps, traditional aerobic exercise, and more.
Weight Training Club
Build muscle and boost your metabolism through the use of a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, body bars, bands and medicine balls.
